Product introduction:
NL-SW400 high speed mirror laser welding has higher power than NL-SW200. It also uses high speed mirror scanning speed up to 7 m /s and solder joint 10 /s. It is suitable for high speed spot welding and continuous welding of electronic products such as computer accessories, mobile phones, MP3, MP4 shell and other consumer products.
The vibrator type welder consists of YAG solid state laser, laser power supply, optical scanning system, flat field focusing system, optical fiber coupling transmission system, computer and programmable controller, refrigeration system, laser indicator system, operating cabinet and three axis precision CNC worktable. After the special laser welding software is equipped, the welding points or graphics can be directly input and edited in the software, and the software can also be processed by the software edited by other software such as AutoCAD, Core I D RAW and other software.
The laser beam of the vibro mirror laser welder can move the laser point quickly through the oscillating mirror, so the high speed and high precision spot welding and continuous welding can be realized on the welding plane in the welding range, so it is better to weld the workpiece than the traditional automatic welding machine through the step servo motor drive. There is a great improvement in the welding speed.
